Drivers & Couriers

Accountability requires the driver perspective too.

Drivers and couriers see an operational side of delivery that consumers rarely see. DAC is not an anti-driver project. We want credible perspectives from people who understand dispatch, pickup, app workflows, merchant delays, customer interactions and platform support.

Who we want to hear from

Relevant perspectives include:

  • Current couriers
  • Former couriers
  • Independent delivery drivers
  • Gig workers
  • Courier advocates
  • Delivery operations professionals
Questions that matter

What DAC wants to understand.

  1. 01

Where do app and dispatch systems fail?

  2. 02

What problems originate at merchant pickup?

  3. 03

How are support and escalation handled for drivers?

  4. 04

Which issues are frequently attributed to drivers incorrectly?
